Noah’s journey into the pool industry started with his service in the U.S. Special Forces, including completing the demanding Pararescue (PJ) program. Following his graduation from Brown University, he managed operations for various companies before partnering with Ben at Inground Pool Design.

Ben is a second-generation pool builder. He has 27 years of pool industry experience. He is thankful to be a part of the most experienced team in the Southeast and has watched the corporation grow from one town in Northwest Georgia to a household name in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Mariah is a member of the Air Force Reserves. She merges a strong background in business management with creativity to design unique in ground pool projects. She is the head of sales, design, and business relationships in the Nashville and Central Tennessee areas.

Mark is a former special operations member, excelling in planning and leadership. He uses those skills at Inground Pool Design to design pool projects. His background in providing logistical support and oversight to each project makes him uniquely knowledgeable in the pool construction process and to ensure our customers are informed and comfortable.

Chad has been in the pool industry for over 15 years. He specializes in pool design and estimating, but trained in the field in order to understand every aspect of the pool construction process. He has an extensive knowledge of the pool permitting process in over 50 jurisdictions and 3 states. He currently leads sales for the Tri-State area, focusing on the Greater Chattanooga market.

Joey is a second-generation pool builder. He worked in pool construction, design, and estimating from 1992-2005. He then transitioned to a commercial construction superintendent position, gaining valuable experience estimating and managing multi-million dollar projects. As a member of the Inground Pool Design team, Joey focuses on sales in Georgia and Alabama and oversees pool builds.

With nearly a decade of design-and-build experience and hundreds of successful projects completed, Eric collaborates closely with homeowners to transform their vision into a custom backyard oasis. His consultative approach ensures each project is thoughtfully designed, carefully executed, and tailored to the unique needs of every family.
His mission is simple: deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service while helping families create memories that last a lifetime.

Alyssa is a member of the Air Force Reserves. Her discipline and dedication are valuable to our company as she provides administrative support to our customers in each region and runs our social media channels.

Jonah brings over 15 years of experience across multiple areas of the construction industry. He began his career in electrical contracting, working on residential, commercial, and wind turbine projects. After working his way from field roles to supervision and earning his electrical license, he now serves as a Project Manager. Jonah is dedicated to maintaining project efficiency while providing clear, reliable communication and high-quality results.

Josh has been a key member of our team for over five years, starting on the construction before moving to lead the liner team and advancing into his current role as Project Manager. Before joining our company, Josh spent over 12 years in state project management, overseeing multiple departments and coordinating complex operations. His hands-on experience and leadership help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Ben has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He spent six years with his fathers general construction company in the greater Chattanooga, TN area. During this period, he gained valuable knowledge in construction management, logistics, and the permitting process. His skillset transferred well to the pool industry as it relates to pool construction management.

Lee graduated with a degree in management and marketing and has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has extensive knowledge in residential home construction and renovation. Lee works throughout the installation process specializing in assembly, concrete reinforcement, and reestablishment of grade after your pool is completed.

With 13 years in the pool construction industry, Gregg brings a well-rounded skill set that includes full pool construction, liner installation and replacement, equipment operation, warranty service, and advanced system installations.

Chris has 30 years of experience in the pool industry. For the last 20 years his primary role had been in equipment operation. He is the most seasoned pool excavator in the Southeast, having personally excavated and graded over 1000 pools.

Bill brings over 40 years of experience in inground pool construction, with comprehensive knowledge across all aspects of the industry. He currently focuses on on-site training, quality control, and warranty oversight, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.

Aaron has over 15 years of production management experience as a department head, with oversight in quality control and logistics. He brings this skillset to the pool industry, where he heads our warranty department to ensure each customer is care for even long after their build is complete.
